Think you have the fastest corgi in the Pacific Northwest? Well, now is the time to prove it! The Washington Wolfpack and Sam's Cats and Dogs are partnering to deliver our first-ever Sam's Small Dog Race.
If you want to enter your corgi, we will be holding trials at Sam's Cats and Dogs in Everett on Wednesday, June 17, from 7:00 to 8:00 pm, and can have up to 32 participants in the trials. Any additional entries will be added to a waitlist and contacted if a spot opens up.
For both the trials and the Small Dog Race at our June 27 home game, each entrant will need two human handlers to accompany them to participate.
After the trials, the fastest FIVE dogs will be entered into the Finals to be held at Halftime of the Wolfpack's June 27 game at Angel of the Winds Arena.
The following prizes will be presented after the Finals:
1ST PLACE: $50 Sam's Gift Card + Goodie Bag
2ND - 5TH PLACE: $25 Sam's Gift Card + Goodie Bag
