Mohamed Elazazy brings even more size to the Wolfpack offensive line in 2026. The big man was born in Cairo, Egypt, to Essam Elazazy and Howaida Laseke. Mohamed was destined for athletic greatness from birth. His parents were both Egyptian Olympic athletes. His father Essam was a decathlete, while his mother Howaida was a heptathlete. Mohamed is a child of athletic royalty! He moved to the US around the age of six and calls Menasha, Wisconsin, his hometown.
Elazazy starred for Menasha High School and was the No. 17-ranked prospect in all of Wisconsin according to 247Sports.com. He helped lead his team to a 10-1 record as a senior and started at right guard in the Blue-Grey All-American Bowl. He was also voted to the Coaches All-State team. It probably comes as no surprise that Mohamed also ran track in high school.
He made his collegiate debut for the Western Michigan University Broncos in 2018. On a stellar offensive line that ranked among the leaders in the MAC in stats like time of possession, fewest sacks per game, passing yards per game, offensive yards per game, and fewest tackles for loss allowed. After the pandemic, Elazazy finished his college career as a member of the Alabama A&M University football team. Mohamed is no stranger to AF1, having played most recently for the Corpus Christi Tritons.
