Meet the Wolfpack: Malik Allen Jr - Defensive Line

Wolfpack, meet the newest addition to our team, defensive lineman Malik Allen Jr. or as you’ll get to know him, “Tonka Truck.” The son of Malik Allen Sr. and Crystal Hill, Malik grew up in Chicago, Illinois. He attended and starred for Simeon Career Academy in high school. 

Malik attended Butler Community College before taking his talents to indoor football. Allen has spent time with the Cedar Rapids River Kings and spent last year as a member of the Sioux City Bandits. He played only five games, but balled out, recording 7.5 sacks in those five games. Allen was given the nickname Tonka Truck. Tonka derives from the Dakota Sioux meaning “big” or “great.” Allen is both big and great. He mows through offensive lines like he is a truck, and opposing quarterbacks better watch out. 

Off the field, Malik Allen Jr is a father and personal trainer. He’s dedicated to the craft and always looking to get better. He’s excited to join the Wolfpack and is ready to “bring the city a championship.”
